ATU’s master’s program in educational leadership prepares students for competency in leadership, school management, school climate, community relations, curriculum management and data collection and analysis. Graduates of this program possess the skills needed to be effective principals or assistant principals in the competitive field of K-12 education. Reflective of the current Interstate School Leaders Consortium (ISLLC) 2008 standards adopted by the state of Arkansas for building-level licensure, the hours earned in this program are transferrable to ATU’s specialist in educational leadership.
