Offering a 36 credit hour practitioner oriented Master of Science degree, the College Student Personnel (CSP) department prepares individuals for careers as student affairs generalists in a variety of higher education settings.
The CSP graduate program, offered completely online and/or on campus, is committed to the growth and development of students by combining academic preparation, mentorship, and field experience in student affairs. Since there is not an undergraduate degree in CSP, we have a very diverse student population with our students holding bachelor degrees in a variety of areas. Through its freshman course offerings (CSP 1013 & TECH 1001), the CSP department works to assist entering college students in making successful transitions to the college environment.
What Is the College Student Personnel Program?

- CSP students will demonstrate the ethical professional behavior necessary for successful performance in the student affairs field.
